Overview
- Terilla is a mobile application tailored for the heavy-duty truck industry, providing essential services and support for truck operators and fleet managers. Focused on enhancing operational efficiency and convenience, Terilla offers a comprehensive digital solution to meet the unique needs of heavy-duty trucks, from service scheduling and maintenance tracking to locating support services.
- The purpose of this project was to design and develop a mobile application that streamlines the management and servicing of heavy-duty trucks. Terilla’s goal is to empower truck operators and fleet managers with easy access to essential tools and resources, enabling them to manage maintenance, track services, and locate assistance quickly and efficiently.
Scope Of Work :
Discovery & Requirement Analysis
We collaborated with Terilla’s team to identify the core needs of heavy-duty truck operators and fleet managers. This phase allowed us to determine key functionalities such as service scheduling, maintenance alerts, and location-based support services.
User-Centric Design & Prototyping
Our design team developed a practical, user-friendly interface tailored to the needs of the heavy-duty trucking industry. Prototypes were created to ensure a seamless experience for users, emphasizing ease of navigation, quick access to essential tools, and streamlined workflows.
Mobile App Development
We built a scalable mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms, integrating features like GPS-based service location, maintenance scheduling, and push notifications for service reminders. The app was developed to handle high volumes of data securely, ensuring reliability for users on the go.
Testing & Launch
Rigorous testing was conducted to ensure performance under various conditions, especially given the on-the-go nature of the app’s users. Following successful testing, the app was launched, providing truck operators and fleet managers with a valuable tool for managing their heavy-duty trucks efficiently.
Responsive Design:
- Ensured that the design is fully responsive, providing a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Emphasized accessibility and inclusivity in the design to cater to all users.
User Testing:
- Conducted usability tests with real users to gather feedback on the design’s functionality and ease of use.
